Welcome to The Pumpkin & Peppermint Society, the members-only community connected to Pumpkins & Peppermint.
By purchasing or maintaining a paid membership, you agree to the following Membership Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms before subscribing.
1. Membership Plans
The Pumpkin & Peppermint Society currently offers four membership levels:
🎃 Pumpkin Patch Member — $5 per month
👻 Haunted Hearth Club — $10 per month
🍬 Peppermint Story Society — $15 per month
🎄 The Evergreen Society — $25 per month
Each membership level provides access to the content and benefits described on the membership sales page.
Membership benefits, content formats, and posting schedules may evolve as The Pumpkin & Peppermint Society grows.
2. Recurring Monthly Payments
Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged according to the billing schedule and price displayed at the time of purchase.
Your membership will continue to renew until it is canceled.
Prices and billing terms will be clearly displayed before purchase. If membership pricing changes, existing members will be notified as required before any new price applies to their subscription.
3. Membership Access
Members receive access to the exclusive content included with their active membership level.
Membership access is for the individual member who purchased the subscription.
Members may not share account login information or provide unauthorized access to paid membership content.
Access to members-only content requires an active membership and a valid member account.
4. Higher Membership Levels
Higher membership levels may include access to content from lower membership levels when stated on the membership sales page.
For example, if the Peppermint Story Society plan is advertised as including Pumpkin Patch and Haunted Hearth Club content, an active Peppermint Story Society Member will receive access to those included areas.
Please review the current membership descriptions before purchasing.
5. Exclusive Content
Membership content may include:
🎃 Seasonal fall and Halloween content
🎄 Winter and Christmas content
📚 Book, movie, and television recommendations and reviews
📜 History and folklore content
👻 Legends, ghost stories, and supernatural folklore
✍️ Original fiction and short stories
📖 Future book previews and writing updates
🗺️ Characters, worldbuilding, fictional lore, and creative research
📱 Wallpapers, printables, and digital downloads
🎥 Videos, vlogs, and behind-the-scenes content
🎁 Seasonal digital bundles and special projects
Specific content may vary from month to month.
6. Content Schedule
New membership content will be added regularly.
However, purchasing a membership does not guarantee a specific number of posts, videos, stories, downloads, or other pieces of content unless a specific quantity is clearly promised on the membership sales page.
Content may vary based on the season, research time, writing progress, travel, creative projects, and the development of Pumpkins & Peppermint.
7. Digital Downloads
Some membership levels may include downloadable content such as wallpapers, printables, journal pages, trackers, checklists, reading lists, and seasonal digital bundles.
Unless otherwise stated, these items are provided for personal use only.
Members may not sell, redistribute, upload, reproduce for commercial purposes, or publicly share paid digital downloads.
8. Original Stories and Book Content
Original stories, book excerpts, characters, fictional worlds, lore, writing materials, and other creative works shared through the membership remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright owner.
Membership access does not transfer ownership or grant publishing, adaptation, resale, commercial, or redistribution rights.
Members may not copy, repost, publish, sell, distribute, or claim membership stories or creative materials as their own.
9. Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription using the cancellation options available through their member account or the platform through which the membership was purchased.
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing and cancellation terms shown through the membership platform.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, canceling does not automatically provide a refund for a billing period that has already been paid.
Members may generally continue accessing their membership benefits through the remainder of their paid access period, subject to the platform’s billing and access system.
10. Refunds
Because memberships may provide immediate access to digital content, exclusive posts, stories, downloads, videos, and archives, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a billing problem, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
11. Upgrading or Changing Plans
Members may be able to upgrade, downgrade, or change their membership plan through the options provided by the membership platform.
Access to content will be based on the member’s active subscription and the access included with that plan.
Billing adjustments, credits, and effective dates for plan changes may depend on the payment and membership platform used to process the subscription.
12. Personal Use Only
Membership content is created for the personal enjoyment of active members.
Members may not:
• Share paid content publicly
• Share login information
• Repost members-only articles
• Upload paid videos elsewhere
• Redistribute digital downloads
• Resell membership materials
• Copy and publish original stories
• Use membership content for unauthorized commercial purposes
Sharing links to the public Pumpkins & Peppermint website and public content is always welcome.
13. Community Conduct
Members are expected to treat others respectfully when participating in comments, polls, discussions, Q&As, or other community spaces.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, impersonation, or intentionally harmful behavior may result in restricted participation or termination of membership access where appropriate.
14. Membership Changes
The Pumpkin & Peppermint Society may update membership benefits, add new content types, retire certain features, or reorganize membership areas as the community grows.
If a significant change affects a paid membership, information about the change will be communicated as appropriate.
15. Availability of Content
While the goal is to maintain a growing archive of membership content, individual posts, downloads, videos, or features may occasionally be updated, replaced, reorganized, or removed.
Membership provides access to the content available to the member’s active level during the applicable access period.
16. External Recommendations and Affiliate Links
Some content may discuss or recommend books, movies, television shows, products, travel destinations, services, or other third-party offerings.
Some links may be affiliate links. When an affiliate link is used, Pumpkins & Peppermint may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to the purchaser.
Opinions and recommendations remain my own.
17. Educational and Entertainment Purposes
History, folklore, legends, traditions, book discussions, travel content, and other membership materials are provided for informational, educational, creative, and entertainment purposes.
While care will be taken when researching factual topics, historical and folkloric accounts can have multiple versions, interpretations, translations, and traditions.
18. Contact
If you have a question about your membership, billing access, or these terms, please use the contact page on the Pumpkins & Peppermint website.
Please never send passwords, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive login or financial information through the contact form.
